Yummy savasana after a practice often brings special state of being – bliss. You can call it Yogasm. With this state, you leave the studio in a fresher and calmer attitude. Hope we can inspire you to apply what you learn in the class to your daily life.
We do want you to be aware of any injuries or conditions you might have prior to trying yoga. Best to let your teacher(s) know. Taking a rest when you go towards your edge is also a sign of maturity in yoga practice.
